When feeling depressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or hopeless, processing your emotions with someone who is knowledgeable and able to help you reshape your frame of thinking is vital.
This is where I can help! I provide counseling to clients coping with a range of concerns, both physical and mental. I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in the following areas: depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, behavioral issues, family issues, and grief and loss.
