Melanie Alvarado, intake coordinator

Hello and welcome!  I am Melanie the intake coordinator for the practice. I am the front line at Ponciano Counseling. A little bit about me, I have a BA in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.  I am currently working on my MBA at University o Baltimore Professional. I enjoy the challenge of problem-solving in different settings, especially in the business world.  I am bilingual in English and Spanish, I am creative, I am flexible with proven analytical skills.  I excel in providing administrative support and great customer service.
