Suzanne Lafauce, LCPC
Hello, I am Suzanne LaFauce, a licensed therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, but sometimes we can get stuck in patterns of thinking that hold us back.
My philosophy is represented in Steve Marboli’s statement:
“The power to change your life lies in the simplest of steps.”
As someone seeking to transform your life, some questions you may have are:
What is stopping me from living a fulfilled and balanced life?
What is my value/worth?
Am I on the right path?
Why do I feel anxious for no reason?
Why is it difficult for me to adapt to change?
As a therapist, I believe in the power of human connection and the ability of individuals to heal and grow. I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I strongly believe in facilitating a positive environment to empower clients to add tools to their emotional toolbox. My goal is to provide a safe, genuine, and empathic environment, collaborating with the client to facilitate meaningful positive change. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and use a holistic approach to therapy.
